Banquet rooms & accommodation
If you wish to have Broholm's beautiful Manor House on your own with the possibility of music and dance, this is offered as well as the rooms for a total party of at least 40 people at DKK 34.000,-.
Breakfast buffet is served from 08.00 AM to 10.00 AM
Additional rooms can be booked separately and are offered in connection with the party at a special price.
Charming double rooms at DKK 1695,- or used as a single room at DKK 1495,-.
The prices are included Broholm's large breakfast buffet.
Broholm offers 19 charming castle rooms, distributed in the Manor House itself, the towers and in the "Old Watermill", all double rooms and some with the possibility of extra beds at DKK 450,- breakfast incl.
At wedding events, we kindly recommend that you do not throw rice in the house, as these act as brown soap on our old parquet floors. One can of course keep this tradition alive in the courtyard.
If you wish serving after 02.00 AM an extra fee of DKK 2500,- excluding food and beverage per commenced hour, where no change of summer/winter time is taken into account.
Own wines can be brought for a fee from DKK 350,- per bottle depending on which wines are brought.
Banquet menus are agreed with us no later than 3-4 weeks before the event.
8 days before the event, we are happy to receive a guest list, table card, table plan etc.
Confirmation & Reservation fee
Upon confirmation of a party, a reservation fee of DKK 10,000,- will be charged.
The invoice is sent together with a payment card after the event.
The charged reservation fee and possibly deposit is detracted from the final invoice.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please note that DKK 2,500,- is charged per person per day if this is not complied with.
In addition to HO*RE*STA's cancellation rules § 2 and § 9, Broholm Castle has an additional written cancellation deadline of 10 weeks. HO*RE*STA's cancellation policy can be requested.
We reserve the right to price changes, as large parties are usually booked long before the event.
